Lucan Place (Former Chelsea Police Station)
Erection of mixed-use development comprising basement, lower ground and ground floor plus 7 storeys comprising Use Class D1 Nursery and specialist treatment centre at ground and lower ground level, and 31 residential units (8 x 1 bed, 16 x 2 bed, 6 x 3 bed, 1 x 4 bed) and ancillary residential facilities at basement, first floor and above, together with access, servicing, car parking, cycle storage, plant and other associated works.
Thamesview House, Walton-on-Thames
Project consists of demolition of existing buildings to provide new development of part six/part nine-storey building to create 97 residential units (C3) and ground floor unit for a nursery (D1) with associated bin and cycle stores, parking, access and landscaping.
300 Harrow Road, City of Westminster
A mixed-use development of 112 new homes and 400 square metres of community facilities including a new community hall, nursery, flexible workspace and canal-side café. The development consists of one, two and three bedroom homes. Sustainability features include air source heat pumps, solar panels, rainwater collection and living roofs.
Merrick Place Redevelopment, Southall
The development comprises 575 residential units, 2100 sq/m of B1a office floor space and 424 sq/m of flexible commercial floor space across the four buildings ranging in height from 15 to 23 storeys.
Market Street, Newbury
The scheme will provide 232 new homes comprising a mix of apartments, duplexes and houses alongside 8,780 sq ft of new commercial space. In addition the scheme will also provide improved pedestrian links between the station and Newbury town centre, a new bus station and a new multi-storey car park.

Construction of a 12-storey block comprising of 65nr residential units and associated external works.
