The project consists of the construction of a new 204,000sqft (net) CAT A office building on Baker Street (Building C) and the shell and core construction of a 41 prime residential building on George Street (Building D). Building D also provides retail shell at ground floor, a courtyard retail pavilion and a 50,000sqft (GIA) basement which provides ancillary accommodation, including car parking, cycle storage, showering facilities and plant.
